Overview

Founded 19 years ago in Geneva, All Special Kids (ASK) is a vital, not-for-profit resource for parents, schools and specialists supporting children with learning difficulties and special educational needs in Switzerland.

With an inclusive, all-encompassing approach, ASK is driven by the aim of giving children and young adults the opportunity to reach their full potential – both academically and socially.

ASK raises public and professional awareness of Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD) and of the need for early detection, proper diagnosis, appropriate recommendations and specialist support.

Impact

Through its significant financial contribution to ASK, the Neuro.io Foundation helped the project to take a big step in its development by enabling it to employ two salaried office staff – after almost two decades of it being an entirely volunteer-run organisation.
